Description:The Quality Improvement Analyst accesses processes/outcomes of quality assessment studies that are pertinent to the Quality Improvement Program. S/he conducts on-going monitoring and collection of data for inclusion in the Quality Improvement reports. Also compiles reports; creates supporting graphical diagrams; and review clinical records.

"A Tradition of Caring" since 1904.
Minimum of two years of clinical or hospital Quality Improvement experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and Meditech Operating Systems.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with JCAHO regulations a plus.
Qualified candidates must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within their field.
