Description:

The Quality Improvement Analyst accesses processes/outcomes of quality assessment studies that are pertinent to the Quality Improvement Program. S/he conducts on-going monitoring and collection of data for inclusion in the Quality Improvement reports. Also compiles reports; creates supporting graphical diagrams; and review clinical records.

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of clinical or hospital Quality Improvement experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and Meditech Operating Systems.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with JCAHO regulations a plus.

Qualified candidates must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within their field.
