What is the H1C Visa?
Because we currently have H1C-eligible candidates waiting for placement in our hospital, we will not be accepting additional candidates at this time. Please check back in 2010 for future opportunities.
The shortage of qualified nurses in many regions of the United States led to the creation of the H1C visa for medical professionals. If you are looking for a position as a registered nurse within the United States, contact St. Bernard Hospital and a nurse recruiter will contact you in return. Nurse recruiters work with you to obtain sponsorship by St. Bernard, allowing you to come to the United States on an H1C work visa.
What is the process?
H1C visas are for foreign-registered nurses who are citizens of another country seeking to work in the U.S. H1C nurse visa applicants can only be sponsored by hospitals qualified by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under the H-1C foreign-registered nurse work visa program.
St. Bernard Hospital is one of these hospitals.
Nurse recruiters will help expedite approvals and address legal barriers by obtaining the necessary eligibility verifications and documentation, and counseling for foreign-registered nurses on any additional certifications or educational requirements to qualify for the H1C visa.
