Description:Provide clinical and distributive pharmacy services for patients receiving treatment in a health care facility environment. Also responsible for transferring prescriptions, handling incoming physician calls, logging data into computer, and Drug Utilization Review.
Qualified candidates must have strong verbal and written skills and be able to interact constructively with supervisors, peers, hospital staff and the public.

Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy.
Ph.D. of Pharmacy.
Registered Pharmacist in the state of Illinois.
Minimum 1 year hospital pharmacy experience in an organized health care setting.
Qualified candidates must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within their field.
