Every three years St. Bernard Hospital conducts a Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA). The purpose of the CHNA is to identify areas of significant health needs in its service area and to create a strategy to address the top 5 identified needs.
The 2018 CHNA was completed and approved by the Hospital Board of directors on November 19, 2018. Please refer to the complete CHNA for the full report. The Implementation strategy was developed by members of the Hospital staff and the CHNA Advisory Committee.
