For ten years, the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) at St. Bernard Hospital has been a cornerstone of preventive health and care for our neighbors. This year, we are marking that milestone in a big way and you’re invited!
We are excited to welcome the Englewood and South Side communities to our annual Community FitFest on Saturday, June 6, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Join us at 6307 S. Stewart Ave. for a day dedicated to health, wellness, and community joy.
This celebration comes at a momentous time for St. Bernard Hospital. We were recently recognized nationally by the Lown Institute, ranking 11th out of more than 2,000 hospitals nationwide for Community Benefit. This honor highlights our deep commitment to Englewood and our mission to provide more than just medical care, we provide a support system for our community.

FitFest 2026 is designed to be a fun-filled day for the entire family. Whether you're looking for health resources or just a great afternoon out, we have you covered:

For the kids: A dedicated Kids Zone featuring bouncy houses, obstacle courses, and interactive games.

Health & wellness: Our Wellness Hub will offer various screenings and resources to help you stay on track with your health goals.

Food & vendors: Enjoy free food from local food trucks, explore our Farmers Market, and visit a diverse marketplace of local vendors.
